(Aviation Accessories Industries), engravers and millers for "Sultam" and more

• between the years 2003-2007 owner and CEO - "ROSE RECRUITING OVERSEAS SERVICES" 
   The company specialized in consulting and obtaining work permits and visas, as well as a member of the Organization of Immigration Consultants for the UK (OICS) which specialized in recruiting caregivers and nursing nurses of Filipino origin for nursing homes throughout the UK, holds a certificate from the Ministry of British Immigration ARIA

• Between 2007-2010, co-founder and CEO of "Barzak Ltd."
  The company recruited and provided senior engineers for structural and strength design to "Israel Aerospace Industries"

Shany Rosenberg , VP of Human Resources and Operations

•  Over 20 years of experience in human resources management and operations in Israeli and international organizations, extensive experience in recruiting employees at all levels and in a variety of fields, including technological recruitment and recruiting foreign workers to work in Israel
• At "Rosenberg Resources Ltd". responsible for the entire process of recruiting foreign workers for a variety of positions in industry in Israel, combining the identification of candidates and their adaptation to the position required by the employer, the process of obtaining a working visa for Israel with the various consulates around the world, flights to Israel, health insurance, housing and constant concern for their needs and well-being throughout their stay in Israel.
